 * Leonardo da Vinci is considered one of the most important and famous painters in history. He was known as a thinker, art practitioner and inventor.  Da Vinci was born in 1452 AD in Italy, Tuscany, and more precisely near the city of Vinci, where Leonardo carried his name with him, and he spent his childhood near Florence,


 * Leonardo lived with his mother, Katrina, who worked as a farmer, and stayed with her mother until the age of five;  Then he moved to Vinci.  He lives with the family of his father (Sir Piero) who was a lawyer and notary.  [1] This announcement will expire in 14 years.  Da Vinci's talent began to show at the age of fifteen;


 * His father sent him to learn from the famous sculptor and painter Andrea del Verrocchio, who resided in Florence, and took a lot from him until he joined the Painters Union in Florence in 1472 AD.  When he was twenty years old, but in 1478 AD, Da Vinci rode on his teacher;  In order to pursue an independent path for himself, he painted his first artwork in 1482AD, a painting from the Scopeto Monastery, and named it The Worship of the Magi.

 his career was Da Vinci's display of many of them.  Distinguished works in various fields, and these works can be summarized as follows:


 The paintings: Da Vinci painted many paintings, but he only completed seventeen paintings, the most important and famous of which are: The Last Souper, in which he worked for three years, and the famous Mona Lisa, in which he began working in one thousand five hundred and three  .


 * Sculpture: Leonardo accomplished several sculptures, the most important of which were: The equestrian statue of bronze.  In Memory of Francesco Sforza and the Monument to Marshal Trevo Lazio.  Architectural design: Da Vinci showed an interest in architecture.  He entered a competition to design the dome of Milan Cathedral in the year one thousand four hundred and eighty-seven,


 * He also provided drawings depicting a design for a noble palace in Milan, and drawings of a luxurious house belonging to the French Sovereignty in Milan, among others.  Scientific achievements: Da Vinci linked his work to the scientific aspect.  He believed that art required knowledge of mathematical principles, knowledge of human anatomy, and an understanding of visual principles, such as distances, shadows and light.


 * Da Vinci's ideas had distinctive ideas that made him a wonderful artist, and among the most important of these ideas: The Vitruvian Man Model;  It is a human model that has the ideal proportions of the human body, because it presented the idea of ​​the self-propelled car, and made a wooden model of it with wheels that moved by the action of springs to it, as well as a model of the ideal city from a military point of view, with precision and execution.  The swing bridge and other ideas are revolutionary for their time.
