Abdel-Azim graduated from college and continued in government work, until he applied to study at the Higher Institute of Music in 1948, when he was about 40 years old at the time, and graduated in 1952, to start his journey in music and acting next to his government work, until he reached the position of Director of Financial, Administrative Inspection and Tenders in the Ministry the work.
Abdel-Azim Abdel-Haq began acting in 1961 with my film “Under the Sky of the City” and “The Cat's Claw” and his works became numerous after that, and he was famous, including the film Al-Risalah, the film Al-Aragouz with Omar Sharif and the third degree with Suad Hosni and the distinguished film “The Mummy” by Shadi Abdel-Salam, and Mr. Al-Balti by the director Tawfiq Saleh, Al-Samman and Al-Kharif by Hussam Mustafa, Layla Asal, directed by Muhammad Abdulaziz, and written by writer Mona Al-Sawy.
He is the composer of the melody "Under the Trees O Wahiba", from the words of Abdul Rahman Al-Abnoudi, which arrived to him after passing by more than one composer, but they apologized for composing it because of its strangeness, to become after that the most famous songs of the artist Mohamed Rushdie.
"Abdel Azim" composed by the most famous singers, including Muhammad Qandil, Fayza Ahmed, Laila Murad, Karem Mahmoud, Sherifa Fadel, and Muhammad Abdul-Muttalib, and one of his most famous compositions is the song "Sehb Ramshah" by Muhammad Qandil, and from the words of the poet Abdel Fattah Mustafa. Abdel-Azim Abdel-Haq composed the music of the most important series and films, which were composed by him, for example, the series “The Departure”, the “Runaway from Al-Ayam” series and the series “The Victim”, and he also put on famous films, including “Under the City Sky, Cat's Claw”.
Abdel Azim Abdelhak won an award from Italy for music he wrote for a documentary film, and he also participated in acting in two international films.
His last film was Terrorism and the Kebab, directed by Sherif Arafa, where he performed a scene for minutes, but it was one of the most influential scenes in Arab cinema.
He passed away on April 3, 1993 ... may God have mercy on him and make him live in peace.
