How to prepare mayonnaise,



Mayonnaise:




  * Mayonnaise is one of the most popular types of sauces that are eaten with many foods, such as grilled chicken, salads, and sandwiches, and it is considered one of the favorite and favorite additions to all people, young and old;  Because it contains garlic, which helps to strengthen the immune system and protect the body from many diseases such as hardening of the arteries and blockage of blood vessels.  There are many ways to prepare mayonnaise, all of which have the delicious and rich taste of garlic, and below we offer an easy and fast way to prepare mayonnaise at home.




  Mayonnaise preparation:



  the ingredients :



  One egg.  One medium sized potato.  A small cup of oil.  Two cubes of cheese, to taste.  One egg.  Salt and black pepper - quantity to taste -.



  How to prepare:



  * Put the potatoes in a saucepan containing water and put them on the stove.  After you finish boiling peel the potatoes and chop them into small pieces.  Put the potato pieces in an electric blender while they are hot.  Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender.  Mix all of them and you will then get the mayonnaise.



  Note: If the mayonnaise you got is heavy, you can dilute it by adding a little liquid milk or oil.



  Mayonnaise with mustard:




  the ingredients:


  A cup of oil.  A teaspoon of vinegar.  Big egg.  Half a teaspoon of salt, and you can change the amount as desired.  A quarter of a tablespoon of dry mustard - you can do without it.  A teaspoon of lemon juice.



  How to prepare:



  * Put the egg in the electric mixer and mix it at a low speed.  Gradually pour a little oil into the blender.  After the mayonnaise starts to form, add half the amount of oil to the mayonnaise - add it so that it forms a fine string.  Keep adding the oil.  After you finish adding half of the oil, add all of the salt, spices, and mustard to the blender and continue mixing.  Then add the other half of the oil to the mixer.  Add both vinegar and lemon juice.



  * Mix, taking into account the gradient in mixing speed.  Note: It should be noted that the oil is added in the form of a thin thread or drops, as adding it once will lead to its separation from the rest of the ingredients during mixing and obtaining unwanted results. We also stress the need to store mayonnaise in the refrigerator due to the sensitivity of its components.
