  * Give the shy child time The teacher must be patient with the shy student, in addition to giving him plenty of time so that he can answer the questions directed to him or to speak in the classroom, which means not to rush and respond on his behalf.




  * Show understanding and compassion. The child can be helped to overcome shyness by talking to him about similar feelings that he faced recently or when he was a child, and conveying to the child an idea that different feelings are normal, and that it is good to talk about them.  It helps to control it.
