Ruling on a menstruating woman entering the mosque,

Ruling on a menstruating woman entering the mosque:

 * The four schools of scholars agreed on the inadmissibility of menstruating women entering the mosque and stay in it, and they quoted it from the verse: (O ye who believe, do not come near prayer when you are drunk until they learned what you say, no side, but passers-by, even Tgtsilwa), and it was said that menstruating women are treated like side  And the public’s agreement on the ruling means that it is proven and that it is not permissible to pay attention to other sayings.

Menstruating women entering the mosque for Eid prayers and lessons:

 * It is not permissible for a menstruating woman to stay in the mosque, and the Messenger, may blessings and peace be upon him, forbade a menstruating woman from the Eid prayer hall, and ordered them to quit him.  Because it has the ruling on the mosque, and it is not permissible for her to enter the mosque in order to listen to the sermon, or to listen to lessons, or attend competitions and so on, but she can pass through it if the need arises.  Do not take the ruling on the mosque, and from the mosque its roof, and the square that has a wall and door, and if it does not have a wall and a door, then it is not considered part of it.

Entry of a menstruating woman to Medina and Makkah:

 * There is no evidence in the legal texts to prevent the entry of a menstruating woman to Makkah and Madinah, rather the opposite is mentioned in the texts. Women who go to Hajj or Umrah while they are menstruating, it is not permissible for them to circumambulate at home only, as Aisha, may God be pleased with her, was with  The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, on the farewell pilgrimage, and she menstruated before entering Makkah, and the Messenger did not prevent her from entering Makkah, and ordered her to do everything that the pilgrims do, and to perform all the rituals except for the circumambulation, which is postponed until she is purified.  He, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: (Do what the pilgrim does, other than not roam the house until you are purified).  It is not permissible for a menstruating woman to enter the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah or the Grand Mosque in Makkah, or other mosques.
