Founder of the Ottoman Empire:


'Othman bin Erturul is considered the first founder of the Ottoman Empire, as the Ottoman Empire was named after him, and that was in 699 AH when he took control of the Emirate of the Ottoman Empire, and after assuming the emirate, Othman pledged to protect the Islamic world, the Ottoman Empire that restored the strong caliphate of Muslims.  And that after the fall of the Abbasid state at the hands of the Tatars.


 * Origin of the Ottoman Empire:


"The origins of the Ottoman Empire can be traced back to the Turks, or to the Turkmen, who are considered one origin, as the word Turkmen consists of (Turk) and (Iman), which means the belief of every person from the Turks tribe in Islam, as paganism was widespread in the pre  Islam,


 - It should be noted that the lineage of the Ottomans goes back to one of the Turkmen tribes that settled in northern Iraq in the Kurdistan region.  And that was at the beginning of the seventh century AH, and in the year 617 AH they had to emigrate to Anatolia, and the migration was forced and under Mongolian pressure, then it settled in the city of Akhtalat Ayyubid, and after that they continued the migration towards the northwest to Rome.  Where Alaeddin the Seljuk was one of the leaders of the Seljuk state of Rum.


 About Othman bin Artgrel Othman bin Artgrel:


- He is Othman bin Suleiman Shah al-Turkmani, known as Othman the First, he was born on the fourth of the month of Jumada al-Awwal in 656 AH, which is the same year in which Baghdad fell at the hands of the Tatars, and it is indicated that his birth was either in the town of Sougoud or in the town of Basin.

 The death of Othman bin Artgrel:


- It is reported that Othman bin Artgrel fell ill one day, and the news of his illness came to Orkhan, so he went quickly to him, and when he arrived, he gave him advice to preserve the king, kindness in treating the subjects, fairness and equality in their treatment, and it is indicated that he recommended this saying:


 * (O my son! Beware of doing something that God, the Lord of the worlds did not command, and if you are faced with a dilemma in ruling, then take the advice of religious scholars as a source, O my son! The lowest one who obeys you with honor, and the most gracious to the soldiers, do not Satan tempt you with your army and your money, and beware of turning away from you.  People of the law, my son: You know that our goal is to please God, the Lord of the worlds, and that jihad is the light of our religion that permeates all horizons.


 * (Oh, my son, we are not one of those who wage wars with the desire for rule or control of individuals, for we live in Islam and for Islam we die, and this, my son, you do not have family),

 * Then he died after a life full of sacrifice.  He spent his life in power between 26 and 27 years.
