Causes of hair loss:


 * There are many causes that lead to hair loss, including:


 * Hereditary reasons:


 Hair loss may result from the influence of genes with androgen hormones, such as the hormone testosterone, which causes hair follicles to shrink, and thus hair thinning, falling out, or not growing.


 * Getting old: aging causes hair to break easily, and with age, the follicles will not produce as much hair as before.


 Anxiety and Tension:

 Exposure to psychological stress or significant physical stress;  Such as undergoing certain surgery, disease, or high temperature, which can lead to hair loss for a month or three months afterwards, and it is worth noting that hair will usually grow after that within a few months.

 Caffeine: Caffeine helps stimulate hair growth, by reducing the effect of the DHT hormone, which works to slow hair growth, as studies have shown.
