How to make a colored cupcake:

 Prepare the colored cupcake:




 the ingredients :


 * A cup of white flour.  Half a cup of sugar.  Half a cup of vegetable oil.  Half a cup of liquid milk.  Two eggs large size.  Spoon and half baking powder spoon sugar.  Vanilla spoon.  Pinch of salt.  Food colors and it is preferable to choose the primary colors forming the rainbow with the ability to mix with each other to obtain the secondary colors.  Cupcake sheets.



 How to prepare:




 * Sift the cup of flour into a medium-sized plastic container, to ensure that it is free of impurities and stones, while leaving room for air to penetrate between the flour particles to get a puffed and crisp cupcake.  Sprinkle the baking powder spoon and half a spoon over the flour and stir gently with a fork until it mixes with it.  Add the vanilla spoon and the sugar spoon over the flour and keep stirring until the ingredients are mixed together.



 * Sprinkle a pinch of salt into the bowl while stirring so that the dry ingredients come together in one bowl.  Hatch the eggs and beat together in a new bowl until the egg white foam appears.  Add half a cup of liquid milk to the egg whisk and continue whisking until they merge together.  Pour half the cup of oil with the rest of the liquid ingredients and mix with it until you get a homogeneous liquid.



 * Gradually add the dry ingredients mixture to the liquid ingredients mix and keep stirring until you get a soft and smooth dough.  Separate each two tablespoons of cupcake dough in a small concave dish, and add half a spoonful of food coloring to each plate, so that each plate contains a specific color.  Mix the food coloring with the cupcake dough using a fork until you get a colorful paste in each cup.



 * Transfer each colored dough to one of the cupcake sheets, making sure to leave a quarter of the sheet empty to allow the dough to balloon freely inside.  Heat the oven at 180 ° C and place the cupcakes in an oven tray and leave them inside until inflated and soft.  Stick a toothpick in the middle of it to reveal the degree of its ripeness by making sure that the paste does not stick to it.



 Cupcake Red Fillet:




 the ingredients :



 * Two cups of white flour.  A cup and a half of white sugar.  A cup of liquid milk.  A teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.  Two eggs.  Pinch of vanilla.  One quarter cup of soft butter.  Three tablespoons of water.  A pinch of salt.  Three teaspoons of baking powder.  Juice of half a grain of lemon.  Two tablespoons of red food dye.



 How to prepare:




 * Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt, then sift the mixture well, and set aside.  Put the butter and sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer, and beat them until you have a creamy mixture.  Add eggs, vanilla, and keep whisking.  Put vinegar in milk, and stir well until mixed.  Pour in the milk, lemon juice, and water, add red food dye, and mix well.  Add the dry ingredients gradually, and keep stirring frequently.  Pour the mixture into cake molds, and bake in an oven at a temperature of two hundred and twenty degrees Celsius, for a period not exceeding fifteen minutes.
