How to prepare fried shrimp,



Benefits of shrimp:




 * Shrimp is one of the most famous seafood around the world, it has a distinctive and delicious taste that makes the demand for eating it constantly increasing.  The benefit of shrimp is not limited to its delicious taste, but goes beyond that. The shrimp dish is a dish of high nutritional benefit, because it contains many vitamins and fatty acids that make it strengthen the body.



 * There are several ways to prepare shrimp;  Where you can prepare a dish of boiled shrimp, a dish of shrimp buried with rice, and a dish of shrimp prepared in the oven, and the most delicious dish is the fried shrimp dish, which we will offer several ways to prepare it.



 1- Fried shrimp with spices:




 the ingredients :



 A kilogram of shrimp is large.  A cup of lemon juice.  A cup of flour.  Five cloves of crushed garlic.  A tablespoon of cumin.  A small spoon of mixed spices.  A teaspoon of sumac.  Pinch of ground ginger.  Salt and black pepper to taste.  Vegetable oil for frying.




 How to prepare :



 * Wash the shrimp and then peel the tail, if the shrimp is fresh. If the shrimp is frozen, soak it in water for half an hour, after which the water is drained and it will become as fresh.  Put the peeled shrimp in a bowl, add to it: cumin, lemon juice, sumac, mixed pepper, ginger, salt and black pepper, and toss well together.  So that the seasoning is distributed over all the shrimp pieces.



 * Close the container and leave it in the refrigerator for at least two hours, and it is preferable that it be left for a full night in the refrigerator to be better seasoned.  Plenty of vegetable oil is placed in a frying pan, and placed on a medium heat, and the oil is only used when it is sure that it has become hot.  Take the shrimp out of the refrigerator and dip it in flour from all sides, then put it directly in the oil, with the process repeated until the whole quantity of shrimp is finished.



 * The shrimp is stirred in oil until its color changes from all sides to brownish-golden, after it is taken out of the pan and placed on drying leaves to get rid of the oil stuck in it.  Lettuce leaves are placed in a flat serving dish, then hot shrimp grains are arranged in the center of the plate, and the sides of the plate are decorated with lemon slices, parsley leaves, or coriander, and cherry tomatoes, cut in half, are placed on the face of the shrimp plate.  You can serve french fries, and some different sauces, and you can add a salad plate.  Bread can be stuffed with shrimp, add mayonnaise and mustard, roll the loaf and serve hot.




 2- Fried Breaded Shrimp:




 the ingredients :



 A kilogram of medium sized shrimp.  Beaten egg  Three tablespoons of lemon juice.  frying oil.  A cup of flour.  A cup of rusk.  A teaspoon of cumin.  Two teaspoons of crushed garlic.  Pinch of salt and black pepper.



 How to prepare:




 * Peel the shrimp, clean from the back by removing the black line, then wash it well with water.  Season the shrimp with garlic, lemon juice, cumin, a pinch of salt and black pepper, then leave them in the marinade for an hour or two in the refrigerator.  Put the beaten egg in a bowl, the flour in another deep bowl, and the rusk in a third bowl.  Put the shrimps in flour, then in the beaten eggs, then in the rusk, and cover from all sides well.  Heat the oil in a frying pan over a high heat, then fry the shrimp grains until they become golden in color, then lift and place on blotting paper to absorb the excess oil.
