How to make coconut balls,


Coconut balls:



 the ingredients :


 1- Three quarters of a cup of flour.  Three cups of coconut.  A cup of caster sugar.  Half a cup of vegetable oil.  Three eggs of medium size.  A teaspoon of liquid or powdered vanilla.  A tablespoon of baking powder.


 2- Method of preparation Bring a bowl and put the three eggs in it, whisk them, then put the vanilla and whisk it until the eggs are homogeneous with the vanilla, and add sugar gradually with constant stirring of the mixture, then add half a cup of vegetable oil gradually, and continue stirring the mixture until all the ingredients are homogeneous with each other  Other.  Bring parchment paper or a special bowl,


 * Then sift the flour and baking powder, then mix them well, then add the three cups of coconut to the flour and baking powder and start stirring them.  Add the egg mixture gradually, with constant stirring with a spoon until the mixture becomes somewhat soft.  Bring the cups that you want to put the mixture in, and put butter paper inside them and put the mixture inside these cups, then put the cups on the oven tray.


 * Turn on the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees, then put the tray in the oven for ten minutes, until it turns red, then take it out and leave it until it cools, then put it in a serving dish and serve.


 Coconut chocolate balls:



 the ingredients:


 1- Two plain biscuit sachets.  Three tablespoons of cocoa powder.  Three tablespoons of fine sugar.  A cup of unsweetened soft coconut.  Half a cup of milk.  How to prepare: Bring a bowl, then break the biscuit into very small pieces, then add the cocoa powder, sugar, half a cup of coconut, and milk.



 * Then stir the ingredients together until the mixture is homogeneous, but if you need more milk, add it until the mixture holds together.  Form small balls from the mixture, then mix the ingredients and make small balls, then dip each coconut balls in dried coconut so that they are completely wrapped with coconut, put them in the refrigerator for two hours and then put them in a serving dish.






 French Coconut Balls:



 * Ingredients: Four cups of desiccated coconut.  A box of sweetened condensed milk.  A tablespoon of vanilla extract.  A cup of roasted almonds.  A cup of roasted pistachios.


 How to prepare :


 * Bring a bowl and empty the contents of a carton of condensed milk and sweetened with vanilla extract gently, then add four cups of dried coconut with constant stirring until the ingredients are homogeneous and form a dough, then cover the dough and leave it for twenty minutes.  Form a small ball of coconut paste until the amount of dough is finished, then place inside each of the balls formed by a grain of roasted almonds or roasted pistachios, and dip each coconut balls in the dried coconut so that it is completely wrapped with coconut.


 * Keep coconut balls in the refrigerator for up to an hour, then take them out of the refrigerator and put them in a serving plate and serve them when their temperature reaches normal room temperature.



 Coconut semolina balls:



 * Ingredients: Three cups of semolina, very thin.  One cup of coconut.  One cup of oil.  One cup of sugar.  Two eggs.  Three tablespoons of curd.  One cup of ground coconut, for garnish.  A tablespoon of baking powder.  A small spoon of vanilla.


 How to prepare :


 * Mix all the previous ingredients together with the electric mixer, until they are homogeneous with each other.  Form balls of the mixture, and dip them in coconut, then put them on a tray greased with oil without pressing the seed from the top, then put them into the hot oven to brown from the top.  Take the tray out of the oven, leave the coconut balls to cool and then serve.


 Coconut biscuit balls:



 * Ingredients one cup and three-fourth cups of a tea biscuit.  Three quarters of a cup of coconut.  Three-quarters of a cup of coarsely ground almonds.  One packet of sweetened condensed milk.  A tablespoon of cocoa.


 How to prepare:


 * Grind the biscuits finely in an electric mixer.  Put coconut, crushed biscuit, sweetened condensed milk and ground almonds in a bowl.  Mix all the ingredients well, until you get a cohesive dough.  Divide the mixture into two parts: the first section cover it and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour until it hardens, add cocoa to the second section and knead, then cover and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour until it holds together.  Take the two mixture out of the refrigerator,



 * Then start rolling the dough into medium-sized balls.  Then dip the balls in coconut, then put them in an airtight container and put them in the fridge until serving.
