Papaya is sometimes used as a natural remedy for indigestion, as it contains papain, which is a powerful enzyme that breaks down proteins in the food eaten, which facilitates the process of digestion and absorption, and some people do not produce sufficient quantities of the natural enzymes needed for digestion, so  Papaya helps relieve symptoms of indigestion.



 5- Foods rich in probiotics:




 Probiotics help regulate bowel movements, correct imbalance, reduce symptoms of gas or flatulence, and include foods that contain probiotics, and promote gut health, yogurt, as studies have shown that eating yogurt that contains live active bacteria can relieve  Severe constipation and diarrhea.
