How to prepare the wreath,



Eclairs:




 * Eclair is considered one of the popular delicious meals that come in multiple flavors and at the same time creamy;  With custard and chocolate, it is served cold and you can drink hot drinks when consumed.  Duration




 * Preparation: 5 minutes Cooking time: 35 - 45 minutes Quantity: 10-12 persons.




 the ingredients :




 * Eclair, one cup of flour.  A quarter of a teaspoon of salt.  One cup of water.  One stick of butter.  A quarter cup of sugar.  Four eggs.  Egg yolk.  A small spoon of vanilla.  2 cups of custard, strawberry, or chocolate for the filling, to taste.  Melted chocolate (to decorate).




 How to prepare :




 * Eclairs, sift the flour and salt in a deep dish.  Put the cup of water and stick the butter in a small saucepan on a low heat and add sugar to them. Leave the mixture on the fire until the butter melts.  After that, add the flour to the bowl in which the mixture is placed, and stir it well inside the bowl until the lumps disappear, then return the mixture to the saucepan and put it on the stove and stir continuously for two minutes.  Add eggs to the mixture gradually every time I add an egg, then whisk the mixture well and after that add the egg yolk and mix well and then put it inside the bag for decorating.




 * Bring a tray and brush it with butter, and it is better that it be rectangular in shape and accommodate a sufficient number of people.  Squeeze the bag to remove the mixture from the front and work fingers on the surface of the tray, slightly spacing them apart.  After decorating, place the tray in the center of the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius, for ten minutes, and then lower the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes, or it is possible to observe the shape of the iclery until its surface turns brown.




 * Take the tray out from the oven and set it aside until the éclair cools, then take each bean and open it on the side and insert custard, strawberry, or chocolate as desired.  Bring the chocolate and cover it on top.

 - When it starts boiling and condensing, put the vanilla.  Put the mixture in a bowl and let it cool down in the refrigerator for two hours.  Tips Sift the flour to make sure it is free of impurities and lumps.  The eggs should be at room temperature.  Do not leave the mixture stirring to avoid lumps in the mixture.  When putting eggs in the dough, make sure that the dough is slightly cooled so that we do not form lumps, then add one egg after the other.  You can add 2 tablespoons of jam, caramel sauce, or Nutella to the custard for other delicious flavors.
