Hummus Beiruti:





 * Preparation time 20 minutes, enough for 8 people:




 the ingredients :

 How to prepare:

 * Leave the chickpeas covered until fully cooked, and describe it from the liquid, keeping two cups of liquid, and a few grains of chickpeas for garnish.  Put garlic, chickpeas, tahini, salt and lemon in a food processor, and mix the ingredients together until a smooth, homogeneous mixture is formed, and add a little liquid if the chickpeas is thick.  Place in serving dishes with chickpeas, olive oil and red pepper for garnishing.



 Hummus with beetroot:




 * The ingredient preparation time is 5 minutes, the cooking time is 10 minutes, is enough for 4 people.

 * Two beets, cut into cubes and grilled.  A can of chickpeas.  Three tablespoons of lemon juice.  Two tablespoons of pomegranate molasses.  Three cloves of minced garlic.  A tablespoon of cumin powder.  Pepper and salt.




 How to prepare:




 * Put the beetroot in a blender, then add the chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses and cumin, then pepper and salt, and turn on the mixer until all the ingredients are mixed, and then serve it.  Hummus with tahini and peppercorn. The time for preparing ingredients is 20 minutes. Cooking time for 5 minutes is enough for 4 people. Ingredients 2 kilograms of boiled chickpeas.  Three hundred grams of flour.  Sixteen tablespoons of lemon juice.  Four hundred grams of ice.  Four cloves of garlic.  Eight tablespoons of olive oil.  Salt, to taste-.



 Presentation components:

 * Mash the boiled chickpeas with ice until it becomes creamy and soft, then add lemon juice and tahini, season with salt, add olive oil to it and mix the ingredients until the mixture becomes homogeneous.  Spread the chickpeas into serving dishes, and make a small hole in the middle in each plate, and fill them well with the chickpeas.  Garnish the chickpeas dishes with lemon juice, tahini and olive oil, and sprinkle with Aleppo red pepper and cumin, then chopped parsley.
