How to prepare carrot cake,



the cake of carrots:

  Packaging components:




  Two hundred grams of cheese.  Two hundred and fifty grams of sugar.  Two tablespoons of milk.  A small spoon of vanilla.  A teaspoon of butter.  Preparation: Using an electric beater, mix the sugar, eggs and oil in a large bowl.  Add grated carrots to the previous ingredients.  Sift all the dry ingredients, then add them to the previous mixture and stir well, then add the walnuts and stir using a spoon.  Add the mixture to a greased tray.  Introducing the tray to a medium-heat oven for about 30 - 45 minutes.



  * Preparing the topping: mixing butter, milk, vanilla, sugar and cheese using an electric beater.  Cover the cake with cream after it becomes cold, and store it in the refrigerator until serving.



  Baby Carrot Cake With Cream Cheese:




  * The cooking time is fifteen minutes, which is enough for twelve people




  * The ingredients Cake ingredients:



  2 eggs  Two tablespoons of raisins.  A teaspoon of baking powder and lemon juice.  Half a teaspoon of liquid vanilla.  A quarter of a teaspoon of baking soda and salt.  A cup and a half of finely grated carrots and flour.  A cup of sugar.  Half a cup of oil.  A quarter cup of crushed walnuts.  Cheese cream ingredients: an egg.  Two tablespoons of flour.  A teaspoon of liquid vanilla.  A quarter cup of fine-grained sugar.  One hundred and fifty grams of soft cream cheese.  Caster sugar or cinnamon, to garnish.



  *How to prepare :




  Install the middle grid rack, and preheat the oven to a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees Celsius.  Use muffin molds, then put paper cups in them, and set them aside.  Preparing the cake: Put all of: baking powder, baking soda, flour, cinnamon and salt in a deep plate, then sift the ingredients, then set it aside.  Put all of: lemon juice, sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla in the bowl of the mixer, install the grate paddle, then turn on the mixer and mix the ingredients together for a period of thirty seconds.



  * Adding: nuts, flour mixture, carrots and raisins, then mixing the ingredients together for thirty seconds only until the ingredients are well mixed, or this step can be done manually using a wooden spoon.  Spread the cake batter in the paper cup-lined molds, then set aside.  Preparing the cream: Put the cream in a deep bowl, then add: vanilla, sugar, a grain of eggs, and flour and mix the ingredients together using a fork or wooden spoon until the ingredients are well mixed.  Distribute the cream over the molds.



  * Insert the molds into the oven and bake for fifteen to twenty minutes, until the cake becomes firm.  Take out the molds from the oven, and leave them on a metal net until they are completely cold.  Bring a piece of cardboard and place it on one surface of the cake so that half of it is covered, then sprinkle fine sugar over it, then put the carton over the part covered with fine sugar and sprinkle cinnamon on the other half in order to finally get cakes that have a two-color surface, and then serve.



  Carrot cake with walnuts:




  * Ingredients: Two cups of flour.  A cup of sugar.  Three quarters of a cup of oil.  Four eggs.  A spoonful of vanilla.  A quarter cup of water.  One and a half teaspoon of baking powder.  One and a half teaspoon of baking soda.  Two teaspoons of cinnamon.  A pinch of salt.  A teaspoon of nutmeg.  Two cups of grated carrots.  Three quarters of a cup of walnuts.  butter.  Cream Ingredients: A box of cream cheese.  A spoonful of lemon juice.  Cream powder.  A quarter cup of cream.



  *How to prepare:




  Mixing sugar and oil well, then adding vanilla and eggs, and stirring well.  Mix all the previous ingredients well except for the butter, nuts and carrots.  Grease a baking tray with butter and sprinkle flour on it, then pour the mixture and add the nuts and carrots to it.  Introducing the tray to an oven at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes, and after it is done, place the cream on its surface.



  * Preparing the cream: Whisk together the powdered cream and liquid cream.  Add to the previous cheese mixture and keep whisking well until the ingredients are mixed.  Add lemon juice to the mixture and blend until you get ready cream.
