How to make rice with milk


Rice with milk:




 * Preparation time fifteen minutes Cooking time fifteen minutes is enough for six people.

 Half a cup of boiled Egyptian rice.  Three cups of liquid milk.  A cup and a half of sugar.  A quarter cup of starch dissolved with half a cup of water.  Ten grains of mastic.  big spoon of flowers water.



 How to prepare :



 * Put the milk in a saucepan on the stove until it boils, and then add the boiled rice to it.  Cook the mixture for thirty minutes, then add sugar, and boil it for ten minutes on a low heat.  Add the melted starch over the milk, boil it for five minutes, and then remove it from the stove.  Grind the mastic and add it and blossom water to the mixture.  Serve it in appropriate deep plates, and decorate it with nuts as desired.

 * Ingredients for rice pudding: four cups of fresh milk.  A cup of Egyptian rice.  Two cups of sugar.  Half a teaspoon each of: blossom water.  Rose water.  A quarter of a teaspoon of vanilla.  Ingredients of the liner: two cups of fresh orange juice.  Two tablespoons of starch.  Half a cup of sugar.  To serve: peel two oranges.  Diameter.  sugar.



 How to prepare :




 * Put the milk in a saucepan on the fire to boil.  Add the rice after boiling the milk, stirring on a low heat until it becomes thick and the rice is tender.  Add sugar, vanilla, blossom water and rose water, and leave it on the stove to boil a little and dissolve the sugar.  Pour the mixture into small cups, filling it three quarters of the cup, and leave it until it cools completely.  In a deep saucepan;  Put orange juice with starch and sugar, and stir well until the sugar and starch dissolve.  Put the pot on the stove until the mixture boils well, and then pour it over the rice with milk, to get two layers, one of rice and milk, and the second of orange.  Boil the orange peel with the syrup for five minutes, drain them well, then spread them on the top of the cup, and serve the dish cold.




 Rice pudding with mastic:





 * Preparation time 40 minutes, enough for 6 people, degree of difficulty, easy:



 the ingredients:


 Half a cup of rice.  Half a teaspoon of oil.  Three to five grains of mastic.  A cup of water four cups of milk.  Four to six tablespoons of sugar.  A tablespoon of rose water.  Soft cinnamon to serve.




 How to prepare :




 * Wash the rice with water more than once.  Heat the oil, then put the mastic in a medium saucepan, until it melts and spreads its aroma.  Add water and rice, then cover the saucepan, and leave the rice;  To simmer quietly for about ten minutes.  Add milk, and leave the mixture on low heat for twenty-five to thirty minutes until the rice is well cooked, with stirring from time to time.  Put the rose water into the rice with milk, taking into account its distribution in individual serving dishes.  Sprinkle cinnamon over rice dishes with milk, and serve cold.




 Rice With Milk Garnished With Fruit Pieces:




 Preparation time 75 minutes, enough for 2 people. Difficulty Easy.



 the ingredients :



 *Half a cup of Egyptian rice.  A pinch of salt three hundred milligrams of milk.  Three hundred milligrams of coconut milk.  Ten milligrams of blossom water or rose water.  Seventy five grams of sugar.  A teaspoon of ground pistachios.



 How to prepare:




 * Put the liquid milk, coconut milk, sugar, salt, and orange blossom water in a deep saucepan, and bring it to a boil.  Add the Egyptian rice to the mixture, stir it well, and leave it on a low heat for about an hour, then stir the mixture continuously until it becomes coherent.  Put the rice with milk in a bowl to cool down.  Forming sticks of milk rice in the shape of sushi, and decorating it with pieces of various summer fruits.  Serving the dish with ground pistachios.



 Turkish rice with milk:




 * Preparation time 5 minutes Cooking time 35 minutes Makes 4 people Difficulty Easy.



 the ingredients:


 * Half a cup of Egyptian rice.  Five cups of milk.  A cup of sugar.  A teaspoon of liquid vanilla.  Two tablespoons of cornstarch.  Three eggs, beaten with three tablespoons of milk.



 How to prepare:





 Boil rice in a pot of boiling water for about five minutes.  Pour the milk into a medium saucepan over the fire.  Add sugar and vanilla, then leave the mixture on a low heat for about ten minutes until it boils.  Dissolve the starch in the remaining milk, then add the ingredients over the milk mixture in the saucepan.  Add the cooked rice, and leave the mixture on the stove, stirring constantly, until it boils, and it becomes thick.  Pour the mixture into oven cups, put a few eggs on the top of each, and put them in a preheated oven at 180 ° C.  Leave the cups in the oven for twenty minutes, until the rice is browned with milk, then leave it aside to cool.  Put the cups in the refrigerator, and serve it cold.
