How to prepare marmalade



 Marmalade without peel:




 the ingredients :




 * Two and a half kilograms of oranges.  Kilograms of sugar.  Juice of two lemons.




 How to prepare :




 Grate the oranges, wash and cut each into four parts.  Remove the seeds and stems, then cut into thin slices.  Put the amount of sugar and orange in a saucepan and put it on a low heat until the sugar dissolves while stirring.  Add two tablespoons of lemon juice and stir, removing the foam.  Stir the mixture constantly until it is done.  Leave it to cool slightly and fill it in special jars for jam.




 Marmalade with peel:




 Ingredients: 1 kilogram of oranges.  Two tablespoons of orange zest.  1 tablespoon of peeled orange peel in thin slices.  A cup of orange juice.  Lemon juice.  Kilograms of sugar.  Preparation Method: Peel the oranges and remove the white peel inside the oranges, then cut the orange into four parts while removing the seeds.  Chop the oranges into cubes or thin slices and put all the ingredients along with the orange pieces in a large saucepan.  Put the saucepan on a low heat until the sugar melts and stir from time to time to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pot.  Constantly removing the foam that appears on the face.  Leave the pot on the stove uncovered and keep stirring.  Remove the pot from the stove and set it aside to cool down when you notice that the materials have melted and merged together.  Filling jam in special cans, whether made of glass or plastic, closing them tightly and placing them in the refrigerator.





 Orange and Pineapple Jam:

 * Three grains of fresh orange.  A lemon.  One pineapple.  Kilograms of sugar.  Two cups of water.  Preparation Method Remove the seeds from the orange and lemon, then place them in a cloth and close them tightly.  Chop the lemon and oranges into small pieces, taking care to preserve the peel.  Chop the pineapple into small pieces, taking care to remove the peel from it.  Put the water, orange, lemon, pineapple, and a piece of cloth that contains the seeds in a saucepan over the fire and stir, then cover the mixture, and leave it for ten minutes.  Remove the seeds, cover the mixture and leave it on low heat for five minutes.  Remove the mixture from the stove, then add sugar to it and stir.  Putting the mixture back on the stove and stirring, then leave it on a low heat for five minutes or until the sugar disappears and the ingredients stick.  The jam is removed from the stove, and poured into glass jars, and then closed tightly until use.




 Carrot marmalade:




 the ingredients:




 Two peeled oranges, cut into medium pieces.  Carrot, peeled, and cut into medium pieces.  A teaspoon of grated orange.  Four tablespoons of sugar for dieting.  A tablespoon of starch dissolved in half a cup of water.




 How to prepare :




 * Put carrots and oranges in a saucepan on the fire and stir.  Add sugar and stir, then cover the mixture and leave it on low heat for ten minutes or until it starts to boil.  Add starch dissolved in water to the mixture and stir until the ingredients are homogeneous.  Leave the mixture on low heat for twenty minutes or until it becomes completely hard.  The jam is removed from the stove, and poured into glass jars, then closed tightly until use.




 Marmalade with ginger:




 the ingredients:




 A kilogram of orange, peeled, cut into small pieces.  Seven hundred grams of brown sugar.  A tablespoon of ginger, chopped into small pieces, and orange peel.  2 sticks of cinnamon.  Two tablespoons of squeezed lemon.  A cup of squeezed oranges.




 How to prepare:




 * Put the grated orange, sugar, and orange and stir, then leave the mixture aside for at least three hours.  Put the grated orange and sugar mixture in a saucepan over the heat, then add cinnamon sticks, squeezed oranges, ginger and stir.  Cover the mixture and leave it on high heat for fifteen minutes.  Remove the lid from the mixture, then add the squeezed lemon and stir, then cover it again and leave it for another thirty minutes.  The jam is removed from the stove, and poured into glass jars, until use.
