How to prepare Alsangari fish




 Sangri fish:



   * Preparation time is fifteen minutes.  The cooking time is twenty-five minutes.  The roast method is enough for eight people.




   Ingredients:




   A handful of green coriander.  Three large tomatoes.  Bass fish weighs five kilograms.  Juice of two lemons.  Two teaspoons of cumin.  Head of garlic.  A bunch of dill.  Salt and pepper as needed.





   How to prepare:




   Open the bass from the side, while the front and back sides remain connected.  Season the fish with pepper and salt.  Chop each of the tomatoes, garlic, coriander and dill, then mix the ingredients with pepper, cumin and salt.  We put the mixture in the fish pit, then put it in the oven for twenty to thirty minutes.  Take the fish out of the oven and fry it directly with lemon juice.





   Sangari fish with spices:




   Ingredients: Three mules or tilapia.  Three tablespoons of tamarind infused.  Three tablespoons of lemon juice.  Three tablespoons of olive oil.  Three sticks of green onions.  Three grains of hot green chili.  A quarter of a bunch of dill.  A quarter of a bunch of parsley.  Quarter of a bunch of coriander.  Half a teaspoon of black pepper.  A tablespoon of cumin.  A tablespoon of soft coriander.  A teaspoon and a half of salt.  Half a teaspoon of hot pepper.  Ten cloves of garlic.




   How to prepare:




   Rub the fish with salt, then wash it with cold water and dry it with paper towels.  Open the fish to one side, which is the side of the abdomen, and use the knife to make it look like an open book.  Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.  Prepare a tray for the oven and place the fish in the tray so that the back of the fish is down and the belly is the side of the meat up.  Prepare the marinade by mixing garlic, coriander, parsley, dill, hot pepper, salt and onions in a blender until a smooth mixture is obtained.  Add the lemon juice, date broth and oil while the blender is running, to form a homogeneous sauce with each other.  Distribute the marinade on the belly of the fish.  Add half a cup of water to the fish, then cover with tin foil.  Put the baking tray in the oven to bake for half an hour, until the fish is soft and the spices are absorbed.  Take the fish out of the oven, take out the foil paper, then put it back in the oven for ten minutes until the surface of the fish is golden brown.





   Sangari fish with coriander:




   * Ingredients: a piece of seabass.  Clove of minced garlic.  A handful of fresh chopped green coriander.  A handful of chopped dill.  Three tomato seeds cut into cubes.  a pinch of salt.  Pinch of black pepper.  A tablespoon of cumin.  Juice of two fresh lemons.





   How to prepar:




   * Open the fish piece from the end, keeping the front and back sides connected to each other.  Put the fish piece in a bowl and season with black pepper and salt.  Put garlic, dill, coriander and tomatoes in a bowl, then put cumin, salt and black pepper and mix well.  Spread the mixture in the side hole of the fish, then put the fish on a baking tray.  Place the baking tray in the oven over low heat until the fish is tender and golden.





   Fish in a casserole dish with vegetables:

   * Put the pepper, salt, turmeric and cumin in a small dish and stir well.  Clean the fish well and spread half of the spices inside and outside the fish.  Spread the garlic and parsley evenly inside the fish.  We put all kinds of chopped peppers, carrots, potatoes, lemon and tomatoes in a deep hot plate to serve with the addition of the rest of the spices, then mix all the ingredients well.  Place the fish seeds over the vegetables, spread oil and tomato sauce on top.  Cover the fish with tin foil and place the plate in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for sixty to seventy minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the fish grilled.
