Clams or clams:

 Clematis preparation method;




 * the ingredients :


 A kilogram of clams (clams).  A medium-sized onion, cut into small pieces.  A tablespoon of crushed garlic.  A cup of chicken broth or fish broth.  One tablespoon of vinegar.  A tablespoon of cooking cream.  A small spoon of mustard.  Two tablespoons of vegetable oil.  Salt and pepper.



 How to prepare:




 * In a deep saucepan, fry the onion and garlic, season with pepper and salt.  Then add the oysters, cover the saucepan and stir the mixture together.  Then leave the mixture on a low heat, for up to 10 minutes.  We remove the clams out of the saucepan, and add both: cream, mustard, vinegar, and broth.  We cook the clams on low heat for several minutes.  Then put the oysters back into the bowl and stir them.  Pour the oysters into a serving plate.  And decorate the plate with parsley.




 How to prepare dazzling clams:



 * the ingredients :



 Six hundred grams of mussels, washed and cleaned, with shells removed.  Five hundred grams of fish fillet, cut into medium size cubes.  Six hundred grams of cleaned shrimp.  Four tablespoons of lemon juice.  Four onions, finely chopped.  Four cloves of garlic, finely chopped.  Two liters of marinated and salted fish broth.  Salt to taste.  Half a cup of soaked and drained rice.  Four tablespoons of corn oil.  Teaspoon white pepper.  1 teaspoon black pepper.  Half a bunch of finely chopped parsley, for garnishing.



 How to prepare:




 In a deep saucepan, put the corn oil, raise the pot over a medium heat, add the chopped onion, and the chopped garlic, and stir the garlic and onions in the oil until they soften and become golden in color.  Add the mussels, shrimp, and fillet, and stir with oil, onions and garlic until their color changes and almost ripe.  Add the lemon juice, and stir well.  We add fish broth,



 Leave the ingredients together until they heat up well.  Add the rice, and stir well, then add black pepper, white pepper, and salt to taste, and stir also.  Leave all ingredients on medium heat, until they begin to boil, and the ingredients are well cooked.  Pour the mussels soup into a serving bowl, decorate the dish with fried shrimp and a little finely chopped parsley on top, and serve hot.
