Reasons to feel tired quickly:

  Dehydration: Lack of drinking water affects mood and energy levels in the body, as studies have found that a part of the brain shrinks when there is less fluid in it.  Thyroid disease: The thyroid gland produces hormones that control metabolism in the body, and when there is an imbalance in hormone production, changes occur in the body.
