 1- Chicken Fajitas with Grilled Vegetables:




 * Cooking time 10-15 minutes is enough for 6-8 people How to cook, grill,


 the ingredients:



 Six chicken breasts.  Salt and Pepper.  A tablespoon of fajita spices.  A quarter cup of white vinegar.  ¼ cup vegetable oil.  Colored pepper cut into thin slices.  Onion, chopped wings.  A teaspoon of each of: wild thyme, dried coriander, cumin, and liquid spicy.  2 cups grated cheddar cheese.  Tortilla bread.



 How to prepare:

 * Two cups of rice.  Chicken mixture: a tablespoon of each of: fine coriander, oregano, basil, and lemon juice.  A teaspoon each of: cumin, salt, and garlic powder.  A quarter of a small spoon of pepper.  A quarter of a small spoonful of chili.  Three tablespoons of olive oil.  Four pieces of chicken fillet.  Vegetable mixture: Two tablespoons of oil.  Two tablespoons of sugar.  Two onions, cut into wings.  Four cloves of crushed garlic.  A horn of hot pepper.  1 large each of: sliced ​​sweet green peppers, sliced ​​sweet yellow peppers, and sliced ​​sweet red peppers.  Two cups of sliced ​​white cabbage.  Ten mushrooms halved.  Half a cup of sour cream.



 How to prepare:

 * Put coriander, parsley, garlic, a mixture of spices, salt, pepper, crushed chili, paprika, dried onions and lemon juice in the preparation bowl, then stir the mixture, then marinate the chicken and shrimp in it.  Heat a little oil in a deep frying pan, then add the chicken pieces and stir it over the fire for two to three minutes, then add the shrimp pieces.  Put a little oil in a deep frying pan, then add the onion wings with a little stirring.  Add the colored capsicum and cabbage, with constant stirring.  Plant the vegetables at the bottom of the fajita serving dish, then place the chicken pieces on top and on the ends place the shrimp pieces.  Serve with cooked rice or fajita bread and sour cream.
