How to prepare eggplant daqoos



Doughy eggplant:




 the ingredients:




 * A large eggplant, cut in half.  2 diced tomatoes.  Two large onions, cut into four sections.  Eight cloves of garlic.  One cup of olive oil.  A tablespoon of finely chopped thyme.  two big spoons of lemon juice.  Four pods of red pepper, cut into four sections.  1 tablespoon of finely chopped rosemary.  Salt and black pepper.




 How to prepare:




 Heat the oven, then place the eggplant halves, pepper, onion and garlic on a baking sheet in a plate.  Sprinkle half a cup of olive oil on them and bake for forty-five minutes.  Remove the dish from the oven and leave it to cool down for ten minutes.  Put garlic, onion, pepper and eggplant in the grinding machine.  Add tomatoes, thyme, salt, rosemary and black pepper.  Mix the mixture a few seconds with small strokes to get a mashed sauce.  Sprinkle the remaining lemon oil and lemon juice on it.  Leave to cool in a bowl for an hour before serving.




 Garnished eggplant:



 * The preparation time is ten minutes The cooking time is twenty minutes, enough for three people The ingredients are two large eggplant.  Half a cup of fried onions.  A quarter cup of pomegranate seeds.  frying oil.  One hundred and twenty-five grams of yogurt.  2 cloves of minced garlic.  Half a cube of chicken stock dissolved in half a cup of hot water.  A handful of mint leaves.  Three tablespoons of powdered milk.  Salt and black pepper.




 How to prepare:




 Cut the eggplant in half, then fry it in preheated oil until golden brown, then drain.  Arrange it on a prepared baking tray and season with black pepper and salt.  Pour the thawed chicken broth over it and bake it for twenty minutes at a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees.  Mix yogurt, garlic, and milk, then put the mixture on the eggplant pieces.  Decorate the plate with fried onions, pomegranate seeds and mint leaves.




 Spaghetti  eggplant sauce:




 Preparation time is fifteen minutes Cooking time Twenty-five minutes is enough for six people Ingredients: A large eggplant, cut into cubes.  Half a cup of onion, finely chopped.  Two tablespoons of finely chopped parsley.  A clove of garlic.  A quarter cup of olive oil.  A box of tomato paste.  A teaspoon of sugar.  Half a teaspoon of salt.  Grated parmesan cheese.  A teaspoon of dried spices.  Two grains of chopped cooked tomatoes.  Half a cup of chicken broth.  A packet of mushrooms cut into slices.  Three-quarters of a packet of thin pasta.




 How to prepare:





 Fry eggplant, parsley, garlic, and onions in oil until soft.  Stir the tomatoes, salt, tomato paste, sugar and mushrooms.  Boil the ingredients on low heat for fifteen minutes or until it thickens while continuing to stir.  Cook the pasta, then place the mixture over the pasta and sprinkle with cheese.




 Macaroni with eggplant sauce:




 The preparation time is fifteen minutes The cooking time is one hour for three people The ingredients are 3 pieces of grilled eggplant.  A bunch of basil.  A can of tomatoes.  Grated parmesan cheese.




 How to prepare:




 Cut the eggplant in half and place face down, then put it in the oven.  Roast them over the century for thirty to thirty-five minutes and the skin of the eggplant will begin to wilt.  Boil the noodles in a pot for two minutes.  Remove the flesh of the eggplant while it is still hot and continue the process until all the pulp is removed.  Make the sauce while the pasta is cooking.  Heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat in a deep frying pan, then add garlic.  Continue cooking until brown.




 * Add a can of tomatoes to the mixture and mash it well, then add the pulp of the eggplant.  Chop up the basil and add it to the sauce.  Mix the basil, reduce the heat and leave it to boil for two minutes.  Remove a cup of cooking water and set it aside.  Add the pasta to the skillet along with the sauce and half the amount of the cooking water.  Leave it to boil for two to three minutes, until it is cooked.  Make sure to cook and add grated Parmesan cheese.
