 Although bathing in cold water has some damages, it also has benefits, namely: Bathing in cold water reduces tension: it increases a person's ability to cope with stressful situations, lowers his uric acid levels, increases glutathione levels in his blood, and makes him less anxious.  For external influences.  Cold water increases a person's ability to wake up: If a person is used to bathing in the early morning with cold water, he will have already experienced what cold water feels on the body, and he takes a deep breath because of its extreme cold, and this increases the percentage of oxygen that enters the body,
