Cold cheesecake:

One hundred and sixty grams sweet condensed milk. Half a teaspoon of gelatin dissolve in a little cold water, then with boiling water. A quarter cup of strawberry flavored jam. How to prepare:
Add the biscuit pieces and butter to the bowl of the electric mixer and mix well until we get a cohesive and smooth dough. Lay the biscuit mixture flat on the bottom of the cheesecake pan. In a bowl of an electric mixer, add whipped cream, cream cheese, powdered milk, condensed milk, and gelatin and mix for at least four minutes. Pour the cream mixture over the biscuit layer and spread evenly. Place the cheesecake tray in the freezer for at least 6 hours. We put strawberry jam on the back layers and serve cold, after decorating the face of cheese with strawberry pieces.
The ring tray:
Ingredients Three cups semolina. A cup of flour, a cup of sugar, half a cup of olive oil. Half a cup of fenugreek. Half a cup of corn oil. To get rid of the ring, a cup and a half of Ganges water. A tablespoon of yeast. Five hundred grams of prepared drink.
How to prepare:
We wash the fenugreek seeds in cold water, then soak them in donkey water for at least six hours. In a deep bowl, add flour, sugar and semolina and mix by hand. Add oil to the dry ingredients mixture and rub by hand until the dry ingredients are completely gone from the oil. Cover a cup and leave it aside for at least six hours. Pour a small amount of warm water and half a teaspoon of sugar over the yeast and continue cooking until fermentation.
Grind fenugreek seeds. Add the fenugreek mixture and the yeast to the semolina mixture and continue mixing until we get a mixture. Grease a tray with a little corn oil and sprinkle a little flour on it. Then flat the fenugreek flour and cut them into medium-sized squares, cover them and leave them in a warm place. At least an hour until the dough is ready to rest. We turn on the oven at 200 degrees, put it in the oven and leave it for at least twenty-five minutes. Take out the ring tray from the oven and add the cold syrup to it.
Chocolate balls:
The ingredients are a simple cookie wrapper. Half a cup of coconut, a quarter cup of cocoa powder. Three hundred and ninety-five grams of sweet and condensed milk. Coconut cup (for decoration).
How to prepare:
Put the biscuit pieces in the bowl of an electric mixer and grind them until a smooth mixture is obtained. We add coconut, cocoa and condensed milk to the ground biscuit and keep stirring the ingredients until we get a mixture. We shape the dough into small round balls and then place them in a coconut plate. Place the chocolate balls in a serving bowl and put them in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
