How to prepare Tunisian omelette

 

Tunisian omelette:



Or, as Margas' omelette is called, it is one of the traditional foods in Tunisia, so the ingredients it is made with are easily available and the method of preparation is simple.  In this article I will





 * We present a method that shows how to make an omelette with Tunisian eggs.  Tunisian omelette with marjaz ingredients, four large eggs.  Two hundred and fifty grams of coral.  Marghazi is a municipal sausage made from ground meat and calf intestines.  Four cloves of garlic.  Four tablespoons of oil.  A teaspoon of tomato paste.  A teaspoon of hot porridge.  Half a teaspoon of cumin.  Half a teaspoon of ground black pepper.  a pinch of salt.





 How to prepare:




 Peel the garlic cloves and crush them with a little salt in a mortar.  We heat the oil in a large frying pan, then add the tomato paste after turning it into a solution by a quarter cup of water.  We add hot harissa, ground black pepper, cumin seeds, and mashed garlic.  We cook the sauce for ten minutes.  Add the broth after cutting it into circles and continue to cook for a quarter of an hour, stirring occasionally without stopping.  After the mirjaz is cooked, add the eggs and when it freezes, sprinkle a little salt and serve the omelette warm.





 Tunisian Shakshouka ingredients:





 1 tablespoon of olive oil.  Red pepper, cut into thin slices.  Green pepper, cut into thin slices.  1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced ​​1 teaspoon of ground cumin, clean.  Half a teaspoon of hot pepper.  Four hundred grams of tomatoes, finely chopped.  Pinch of ground black pepper.  Six large eggs.  Clove of crushed garlic.  One hundred grams of minced meat.  1 medium onion, finely chopped.  a pinch of salt.





 How to prepare:




 Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat, then add the chopped onions, crushed garlic and mix them well for a few minutes until the ingredients wilt.  We put the minced meat and warm it well with the onions, then reduce the heat and let it rest for a few minutes until the water dries up in the meat.  Add slices of red pepper, yellow pepper, hot pepper and green pepper and season well with salami.  Mix the ingredients well until they change color and wilt, then put the chopped tomatoes, then leave them for ten minutes on a medium heat until they boil and soften.  Season the mixture with cumin, black pepper, and salt, then stir the ingredients again until well combined.





 * Add eggs to the surface of the pan, then reduce the heat to a slow boil, cover the pan and leave the mixture until soft again.  Suggestions you can reduce or increase the amount of eggs in your recipes.  An omelette can be varied, for example by slicing mushrooms or spinach after finely chopping them.  You can put hot dogs or different types of lunch boxes in an omelette.
