 the components :



 -2 cups of flour.  One cup of chickpea flour.

 *how to prepare:


 Bring a deep bowl and put the flour, chickpea flour, sugar, salt, yeast and saffron and mix them well.


 Then add sugar, vanilla and warm water, stirring well until homogeneous.  And then we start adding water gradually until we get the desired consistency, not with a liquid and not with a cohesive dough.


 Then cover the dough and leave it to rest for about an hour before use.


 After the hour has passed, we bring a small spoon greased with oil, then we take with this spoon a quantity of dough and put it in very hot oil.  We repeat that until the dough is finished.  Thus, we have prepared a delicious straw pour, and it can be garnished with coconut, hana and lip.

 *How to prepare:


 Mix the flour with water, salt and chopped dates and stir them well until homogeneity and cohesion and the mixture becomes coherent in texture.

 How to prepare:

 -the components :

 Mix all these ingredients except water.  It is stirred well.  Then add water gradually until we get a smooth texture.


 Very hot oil, then we make small balls of dough and put them in this oil until maturity.  We add sesame for garnish, and then put the syrup.




 


How to prepare the Gulf Maamoul:



 Ingredients:


 2 cups and a half flour.  pinch of salt.  Teaspoon baking powder.  A teaspoon of soft cardamom.  A teaspoon of vanilla.  Half a cup of fine sugar.  Half a cup of butter.  one egg.  Quarter of a cup of ghee.




 How to prepare :


 We beat the sugar, ghee and butter together well.  Then we put eggs and vanilla.  Then flour and cardamom.  powder, salt and mix them well.  Form the dough in the form of discs.  And we put it in the mold to take our granular shape.


 It is stacked in a tray with a short edge and placed in the oven for a quarter of an hour.  It can be sprinkled with powdered sugar if desired.  And progress and health and here,




How to make crunchy luqaimat without milk:



 the components :


 Two cups of flour.  pinch of salt.  A cup and a half of yogurt.  Three quarters of a teaspoon of starch.  A teaspoon of yeast.  Three quarters of a cup of water.  frying oil .

 Mix the flour, salt, yeast, starch, yogurt and water in a suitable bowl.  Mix well until you get a homogeneous liquid consistency.  Then cover and leave in a warm place for about four hours.

 How to prepare the khanfroush:


 Ingredients:


 2 cups of flour.  Two small spoons of baking powder.  One cup of sugar.  2 large eggs.  Three tablespoons of powdered milk.  Half a tablespoon of custard.  A pinch of saffron and a quarter cup of rose water.  Half a teaspoon of fine cardamom.  A tablespoon and a half of vegetable oil.  A tablespoon of sesame.




 Preparation:


 Put all these ingredients in a suitable bowl and mix them well until we get a homogeneous dough.


 Then cover the mixture and leave it for about half an hour.


 Heat the oil on a medium heat.  We take a tablespoon of the dough and put it in the oil.  And leave it until maturity and browning.  Sprinkle it with sesame while it is in the oil, then flip it on the other side until it turns red as well.  Then it is presented with a thousand here and wellness.
