Natural recipes to lighten the skin:



 1- Starch and rose water recipe.


 Put a teaspoon of starch with a teaspoon of powdered milk.  With a potato, we mix these ingredients together well.  And then put it on the skin for about twenty minutes.  Until you feel the dryness of the mask on the face.  Wash the face with warm water.




 After washing and drying the skin, we put an amount of rose water to work on closing the pores of the face.



 Note: In the event that the skin is of an oily type, it is preferable to put a small amount of lemon juice on the previously prepared mixture.  It is desirable to repeat this recipe four times a week to get satisfactory results.





 2- Tomato and honey mask:



 This recipe is very useful for people with oily skin.  Because oily skin is a sensitive skin that is affected by the sun and dust.  It needs special care to moisturize, unify its color and lighten dark spots.




 *How to prepare the recipe:


 We beat one tomato in a blender.  Then we add honey and sugar.



 *How to use :


 We rub our skin with this mixture for five minutes, especially dark or dark places.  Leave on the face for about 20 minutes.  Then wash the face with cold water.  It is preferable to put two drops of rose water.  Repeat this recipe twice a week.

 3- Cactus recipe with rice:


 It has only two ingredients, aloe vera gel and rice flour.


 We mix aloe vera gel with two tablespoons of rice flour, mix well. Then we put this mixture on our face after washing and drying. Massage the skin and then rub the mixture on the skin in circular motions for five minutes.




 Then we wash the face with lukewarm water and then dry it.  It is best after this recipe to use a moisturizer suitable for the skin.  It is recommended to use this remedy at night before going to sleep.






 4- Yogurt recipe with orange peel:


 This recipe is a Moroccan recipe.  It whitens all skin types.  Except for the skin that is affected by orange.



 It is a mixture of orange peel and unflavored yogurt.



 How to prepare :


 We put an amount of orange peel in the sun for about two days until the peel dries.


 Grind the orange peel until it is a fine powder.


 Then we take a spoonful of orange peel and mix it well with a spoonful of yogurt until we get a cohesive mixture like dough.




 We wash our face well and dry it.  Then we start applying the mixture on our skin through circular motions.  Leave the mixture on the skin for about a quarter of an hour.  Then wash the face with cold water and dry it with a soft towel.




 5- Papaya and honey recipe:


 This recipe is considered a European recipe as well as in America.  It is suitable for normal as well as oily skin.



 * It is honey and papaya only.  We mash half of the papaya fruit until it turns into a dough and put a teaspoon of bees on it and mix them well.  Apply the mixture on the face in circular motions and leave it on the face for twenty minutes until it dries.




 * We wash the skin with lukewarm water.  Then we wash the face again with cold water to close the pores of the face.  Then dry it with a soft towel.  It is desirable to use this recipe before bedtime.




 How do you keep your skin from tanning?


 1- Avoid exposure to the sun.


 2- Eat dark chocolate because it contains antioxidants.


 3- Follow a good diet.


 4- Be sure to remove make-up before bed.


 5- Apply a moisturizing cream to the skin twice daily.


 6- Have a daily skin care routine.


 7- Use a medical sunscreen daily before going out.


 8- Use a face wash suitable for your skin type.
