How to make chives,


Chives:




 The cooking time is twenty-five minutes, enough for four to six people,



 the ingredients:


 * Two cups of low-fat milk.  A cup and a half of short-grain rice.  A cup of chicken broth.  Two tablespoons of cream, and butter.  Small spoon of salt.  ¼ teaspoon cinnamon.  A small onion, finely chopped.  Pinch of black pepper.  Cinnamon.



 How to prepare :




 * Soak the rice in water for fifteen minutes, then filter it.  Grease an oven dish or a saucepan with butter, and preheat the oven at a temperature of three hundred and fifty degrees Celsius.  Mixing both onions, salt, pepper and cinnamon until the onions become soft, saute them with rice, then put the mixture in an oven dish.  Heat: milk, broth, butter, and cream until the mixture boils, then pour it over the rice, cover the dish, put it into the oven and bake for a period of twenty five to thirty minutes until the rice becomes dry and the liquid absorbs.  Decorate the rice with cinnamon, then serve hot.



 Muammar rice with kofta:




 The preparation time is eight minutes The cooking time is sixty minutes, for six people,


 the ingredients :



 Five hundred grams of meatballs.  Two tablespoons of tomato paste, and corn oil.  Small spoon of salt.  Half a teaspoon of fine cardamom.  ¼ teaspoon of black pepper.  Three cups of short-grain rice.  Two cups of broth, and milk.  A cup of cream.  Half a cup of water.  A quarter cup of vinegar.



 How to prepare :




 * Wash the rice and soak it in water for fifteen minutes, and bring a casserole suitable in size.  Shape the kofta into medium-sized balls.  Heat the oil in a frying pan, then add the kofta and stir it, then add: cardamom, salt, black pepper, vinegar, and tomato paste and let the mixture boil until a light sauce is formed.  Filter the rice, put a third of the amount of rice in the casserole, then put the kofta, and the sauce,



 * Then put the remaining amount of rice to cover the kofta, then pour in the milk and broth.  Distribute the cream without stirring, then cover the tagine, and enter it into the oven at a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees Celsius for a period of sixty minutes until the rice is cooked, lift the lid, and leave it for ten minutes until it becomes golden in color.




 Muammar rice with chicken:

 the ingredients :



 * Half a boiled and chopped chicken.  Two cups of Egyptian rice.  A small amount of ghee for spreading.  A cup of chicken broth.  Half a cup of milk.  Cream, or fresh cream, to taste.



 How to prepare:



 * Put the rice and ghee in a saucepan on the gas for five minutes;  To smear it.  Add broth and milk to the rice, cover the saucepan, and leave it on low heat for twenty minutes.  Arrange half of the cooked rice at the bottom of the oven casserole, then add a layer of boiled chicken, then the rest of the rice.  Grease the surface of the rice with ghee well, and add a little cream or fresh cream.  Introduce the tagine to a preheated oven for fifteen minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C, and serve it hot.



 Savory chives:

 the ingredients :


 * Two cups of Egyptian rice.  Half a teaspoon of black pepper.  Four cups of milk.  A small spoon of vanilla.  A cup of broth.  A whole chopped chicken.  A tablespoon of butter.  A cup of cream.  Small spoon of salt.



 How to prepare:



 * Put the chicken in a saucepan over medium heat, and leave it until it becomes soft.  Wash the rice well, soak it in lukewarm water for half an hour, then filter it well.  Add black pepper and salt to the rice, and stir the ingredients well.  Add half a cup of cream to the rice, and stir the mixture well until it is incorporated.  Add the butter to the rice, and mix the ingredients well.  Grease the oven tray with a little ghee, and put half the amount of rice in it.



 * Then add the chicken over the rice, and then add half of the remaining rice on top of the chicken.  Mix the milk with salt and vanilla, heat it over a fire, and pour the mixture over the rice with the chicken broth.  Heat the oven at 180 ° C, then insert the tray into the oven for an hour until the ingredients are cooked, and after that the face is browned, and served hot.
