 How to make mushroom sauce

 Creamy mushroom sauce:




 the ingredients:



 Half a cup of mushrooms, sliced.  Half a cup of whipping cream.  A quarter cup of butter.  1 small onion, chopped.  Lemon.  Fresh or dried thyme.  pepper.  salt.



 How to prepare:





 * Add olive oil in a frying pan, then add the onions, then leave the onions on the fire until they become soft.  Add mushrooms to onions until golden.  Add thyme without using paper.  Squeeze the lemons into the skillet using a colander so that the seeds do not fall off.  Add the whipping cream and leave the mixture until thickened.



 Quick Mushroom Sauce:




 the ingredients:



 * Two onions.  Two cups of mushrooms.  Two tablespoons of soy sauce.  A tablespoon of onion powder.  Spoonful of bay leaf powder.  black pepper.  salt.



 How to prepare:




 Fry the onions in a frying pan with a spoonful of oil until golden.  Add mushrooms to the onions and mix.  Add onion powder, bay leaf powder, and salt and pepper.  Continue blending until smooth.



 Steak Mushroom Sauce:




 Mushroom sauce ingredients:



 A cup of cream.  Half a cup of water or broth.  Twenty tablets of mushrooms.  Five grains of finely chopped mushrooms.  1 medium onion, cut into slices.  2 cloves of crushed garlic.  Four tablespoons of oil.  Chopped parsley for garnish.



 Steak ingredients: a piece of beef fillet.  A quarter teaspoon each of: salt.  Paprika.  Black pepper.  Soft coriander.  Preparing the steak: Cut the fillet piece into 2.54 cm thick slices.  Place the fillet pieces inside two pieces of parchment paper, and tap them slightly with a meat hammer.  Season the piece of meat with salt, pepper, paprika and coriander, and toss both sides.  Get a frying pan with a thick base, then add two tablespoons of oil to it.  Place the fillet slices in the skillet and press them until they are well browned.  Turn the fillet piece over to the other side until it's soft.  Take the fillet pieces out from the pan and keep them hot.




 * Preparing the mushroom sauce: Add the oil to the skillet along with the onions and garlic.  Stir the onion until soft.  Add the mushrooms to the skillet, and stir until dark.  Add cream, water, and broth.  Leave the mushroom sauce to simmer for four to five minutes.
