 3- Apple cider vinegar recipe: Apple vinegar helps restore the body’s pH levels to baseline.  It thus prevents infection of the scalp with any infection, so it is a great recipe to encourage hair growth, maintain its health, and prevent its loss, and the method is: Ingredients: Two tablespoons of fresh, unfiltered apple cider vinegar.  Adequate amount of water.  Mixing bowl.  Preparation Method: Put the ingredients inside the bowl, and mix well.  Apply the mixture to the scalp and massage for 5 minutes.  Leave the mixture on the head for another 5 minutes.  Rinse the hair with water, then wash it well with shampoo.  Repeat the recipe once or twice a week.
