The difference between juice, drink and nectar!
* Many of us go to the market and buy juices without noticing what is written on them ... and they do not know what is meant by each word.
What is meant by them and what is the difference between them?
First: drink,
* If the word "drink" or "drink" is written on the box: it means that the box contains a large amount of water and sugar and contains only 10% of its fruit content, and this means a very bad choice for you, as if you were drinking water and sugar only and had little fruit content (non-drink Healthy).
Second: the nectars,
* If the word nectar is written, then this means that the content of the box of fruits is 60% and the rest is water and sugar, which means choosing half bad.
Third: the juice,
* If the word juice is written on the cover, then this means that juice contains 100% of its fruit content and is free of preservatives, colors and flavors, less sugar and less water, and it is considered a better choice than nectar and syrup.
Note: It is not required that it be from different products, it may be from the same product and the same company.
