The basis of proper nutrition



The basics of correct nutrition:








 * A person needs specific amounts of calories per day, the percentage of which varies from person to person according to his activity, size, age and sex.  Children and young people need large amounts of calories in the growth stage, and there must be a balance between the calories that we eat from body food and the calories that the body burns so that the body weight does not exceed the storage of extra calories than the body needs in the form of fat.








 Tips for good nutrition:








 * There are many things that must be followed to obtain correct, healthy and beneficial nutrition for the human body: Food is varied and balanced from the nutrients necessary for the human body.  Eat whole wheat bread with the crust because it contains dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals necessary for the human body.  Avoid eating foods high in cholesterol in large amounts, such as margarine, egg yolks, and fats.  There aren't a lot of sweets and sugary foods in abundance.

 Avoid drinking soft drinks while eating, as the gaseous substance in them makes the food come out without completing its digestion.  Regularity of meals and not neglecting them, which leads to a feeling of excessive hunger and thus eating large quantities of food.  Limiting food intake and not completely abstaining from it, the main condition is moderation in eating your favorite dishes.  Drink enough water until the stomach feels full and reduces the feeling of hunger.











 Avoid eating when you are angry or excited, so that you do not eat large quantities.  Eat early, so that there is a chance to digest food before going to bed so that sleep is calm.  When you feel hungry between meals, eat raw fruits and nuts, because eating them in small quantities will make you feel full.  Do not drink tea during or immediately after eating, as it interferes with iron absorption processes in the body.

 Sufficiency: means eating foods that contain adequate amounts of energy and calories.  Balance: Eat moderate amounts of food as needed every day.  Moderation: Eat moderate amounts without overeating at the expense of another.  Diversity: Not focusing on a specific type of food every day, but rather eating different foods.  Nutrient complex: Eat foods that contain high nutritional values, which leads to fewer calories.  Calorie control: Eat adequate and balanced foods without adding or decreasing.
